Thanks guys for your responses, that really helps, I am still trying to wrap my head around it and the questions are still there. Why? How? I guess I have to get beyond that and accept it for what it is. I can function pretty well still but the pain is starting to get to me. Standing up from a sitting position really hurts, especially when I am leaning forward. I just wish there was a non surgical way to improve the symptoms. Thanks again.
